This bar provides more of a "barbell feel" on band exercises like curls and bench press. Note: Bar is strictly for band exercises. Under no circumstances should you attempt to add plates on to this bar.

Adhesive Strap - $13


When performing squats or fireout drills, this strap is used to secure the bands in place over the shoulders. Utilizes velcro-like hooks and pile in a tri-folded piece to keep the bands in position. 11" long. (Note: people who use multiple bands for squats or who have broad shoulders may consider purchasing our new Wide Adhesive Strap, which is 16" long.

Wide Adhesive Strap - $22


The Wide Adhesive Strap is designed to accommodate athletes with broader shoulders or who use several bands at a time for squats. Strap measures 16" long (compared to 11" for the regular adhesive strap). Strap is used to hold bands in place over the shoulders for squats, squat thrusts, and fireouts.

Pair of Handles - $27


For lifters who prefer more of a "dumbbell" feel on upper bodylifts. Handles allow you to do biceps, triceps, shoulder press and side deltoids. Hook the bands to a stationary ofject and you can do back rows or cable chest press. You're only limited by your imagination! While handles attach easily to any size band, they work especially well with mini or monster-mini bands. Buy a pair for maximum effectiveness.

Mini-Bat Station - $39


Mini-Bat Station consists of one Mini-Bat attached to two Mini Bands. By attaching the Station around a stationary object, the lifter can practice various batting swings against resistance. (Mat is not included.)
